Neste dia vamos praticar o processo “Inquiry”, que pressupõe um questionamento e uma investigação que conduz a uma maior consciencialização mas também a a abertura e descoberta. Qualquer um pode participar, pois estas competências beneficiam todos os que lidam com outros quer profissionalmente quer nas suas relações.

Helen Stephenson

Formadora, Counselor, Professora de Yoga e Mindfulness

Professora Sénior de Yoga e Pilates (Yoga Alliance). Treinou com a Dra. Patrizia Collard e com Jody Mardula e Cindy Cooper no Centro de Mindfulness da Universidade de Bangor. É coautora dos livros Mindfulness Diet e Mindfulness Cookbook. É licenciada pela Universidade de Hamburgo.

A day for practicing with Helen Stephenson. We will be practing the Inquiry process. This day fa mindfulness practice is open to all, as these skills are helpful for everyone working with human beings, or being in a relationship.

Helen has spent a life time dedicated to the practice and study of yoga, Pilates, mindfulness, meditation and counselling. She feels she can bring the wealth of her experience to benefit her clients.

Helen Stephenson is a level 3 mindfulness teacher and is qualified as a trainer of mindfulness teachers. She trained with Dr. Patrizia Collard, founder of entermindfulness and with Jody Mardula and Cindy Cooper of the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University. She is the co-author of the Mindfulness diet and the Mindfulness cookbook. Helen also holds a Masters from Hamburg University.
